The first floor provides taxpayer registration, tax assessment, revenue collection and tax clearance services. Residents can make government and municipal revenue payments, obtain support with tax receipts, and make payments through Siinqee Bank. Housing services include rental agreements, housing association registration and agreements concerning government housing and shared residential buildings.
Civil document authentication, loan agreement registration, translation authentication and cooperative approval are also provided on this floor. Other counters handle business licences, driving licences, vehicle documents, water and mineral production permits, agricultural and veterinary permits, and technology-related competence permits. Social affairs services include private employment agreement authentication and permits for non-profit associations and agencies.
